Studio 54 Vibes

Hello lovelies,

To commence showcasing off my evening ensembles, I decided to start with this new addition to my wardrobe; what I like to call the 'Studio 54 jumpsuit'.

I have to be honest, I shied away from jumpsuits for a while because I used to think they wouldn't suit me. Though I always used to admire anyone who could pull them off. Cue my current jumpsuit hunt, in the beginning I wanted to start with a khaki-green utilitarian jumpsuit because it was easy to style and a wardrobe basic.

However, you may have noticed that my first adult jumpsuit was a slinky strapless jumpsuit from Boohoo, then a couple months later I stumbled onto the khaki-green River Island one that turned into my go-to option.

So one night when I was scrolling on H&M (sale section) aimlessly (I must add), I couldn't predict on finding a such a glitzy retro jumpsuit for only £10! This jumpsuit is definitely going to be a firm favourite in my wardrobe for the following reasons:

1. It instantly puts me in a good mood.
2. Looks amazing on, in any light.
3. It's a conversation starter and head-turner.
4. When on feels effortless and is really comfortable.
5. It has a modesty clasp on the chest - which is a God send for anyone who has a bigger bust.

Now you know why I love this jumpsuit!

Marc Cain Press Day

Hello lovelies,

During the press day seasons I have been fortunate enough to attend, only a few brand have stood out to be; and amongst that only a few I stand by. Marc Cain is one of those brands. From the day I discovered MC at Task PR's showroom, I was smitten.

For me the brand represents, elegance and sophistication executed with a modern and fun flair; without being to over baring and garish. Hence why, each season when I received their press day invite, I jump at the chance!

MC just like it's team is friendly, on trend and always consistant which is why I am so excited to showcase their beautifully theatrical collection that drops this May! The collection is made up stunning evening wear, winter pastels, dramatically fluffy coats and a mixture of athleisure and military inspired daywear.

Not to mention, MC's new stand alone accessory collection - which I am still lusting over, as I write this (the pictures really do not do the pieces justice!).

Until next time lovelies,

In Collaboration with Boutique of Molly

Hello lovelies,

Earlier this month, I had the chance to shoot with Nicola again - which is so amazing as I always feel so fortunate to shoot with someone so talented on a regular basis. Alongside that we also shot two evening outfits, that I will be posting on social media soon.

However before I post that, I knew I had to showcase my hyper feminine summer dress from Boutique of Molly. If you follow me on social media, you may have seen me wear this on my birthday dinner last year. Unfortunately since then I had not found an occasion to wear it but luckily on the shoot day it was warm enough; which seemed like the perfect opportunity to whip this dress out of my wardrobe.

I love feminine this dress is, as I said before I bought this for my birthday and is a great dress for an easy day. It is made in a lightweight stretch material easy for warm day and has a feminine racer back neckline - perfect for accentuation the female form.

Until next time lovelies,

Task PR Press Day

Hello lovelies,

Task's press day needs no introduction as I blog about it so often, it is like my second home. Their team are like friends and the collections are guaranteed to be beautiful and to my taste; which can be difficult with my evolving style. However every season I find myself being even more blown away than the last.

This time around, it was a bittersweet experience, as I was still under the weather but there is nothing like gorgeous clothes and delicious smoothies, to get you feeling better!

Until next time lovelies,

Bright Light PR Press Day

Hello lovelies,

Bright Light press day has become a constant part of my press day routine for quite sometime now; and I am proud of it. Every time I receive an invite, I am always so excited to get to preview new season collections by well-known and respected brands.

I like to think of Bright Light as the Scoop London of press days because of the array of clients they showcase; and the calibre of 'I want that and that' moments I experience. Although I had a cold at this time, I knew I couldn't miss Bright Light for the world.

Until next time lovelies,

American Tourister Press Breakfast

Hello lovelies,

Recently I have been having issues... luggage issues that is. It seems often than not, that I finding a bag to fit all of my stuff is impossible, whether it is packing to visit family or lugging around various outfits for shoots; two problems continuously seems to occur - lack of space and it being a heavy weight.

Just this year, I have been considering investing in a suitcase of some kind to help me transport various items, for occasions I listed above and numerous other things. So when I received the invite to American Tourister's press preview, by their European representatives Chase PR - I knew it must have been fate. And to say that I was not disappointed, is an understatement.

On a sunny Tuesday morning, I strolled down to the Getty Image Gallery, excited with the idea of finding at least one suitcase, that I could consider. However I didn't think I would find so many, let alone imagine myself pulling them with colour coordinating outfits (I know I am sad!).

Honestly speaking, American Tourister have thought and designed bags and cases for every occasion, ranging from carry-on, soft suitcases, travel backpacks and my personal favourite hard suitcases. To complement the assortment of accessories, the press day was adorned by the beautifully photographed exhibition Poolside; that alongside the travel bags definitely gave me that holiday feeling.

My favourite - the Bon Air summer colours

Pasadena New Colour Block - designed after a cocktail!
Palm Valley Pixel
Jazz New Prints - how cute is the ombre orange and pink one!
So if you are in area, I would definitely recommend visiting the exhibit as it is on until the 7th of May. And for me, I will just have to decide on which beauty will be mine ;)

Until next time lovelies,
